Ordered Pukka tea variant "lemon,ginger,manuka honey" with 22 SEK more than the store price. They sent the variant "lemon,ginger with touch of manuka honey" which is not same. Classic online fraud.

Vi kan se, at pakken er blevet afhentet. Transportøren kom desværre ved en fejl til at sende pakken til en forkert adresse, men fejlen blev efterfølgende rettet, og pakken blev gjort tilgængelig for afhentning.

Despite charging an extra 25 kr
Despite charging an extra 25 kr. for packaging, the effort was nonexistent. My coconut water arrived shattered, leaking over everything else in the box. Not only am I out of a drink, but my entire order is now soaked and ruined. To make matters worse, Customer Service has been completely unresponsive—no replacement, no refund, and no apology. Have sent 3 e-mails - no response.
Save your money.

Unbelievably bad customer service
Unbelievably bad customer service. Although Rå Hygge Coffe products are very good but of course not made by this company.
I have waited for days for respons on NOT received items in my order and also they have charged postal feel and denied even after foto proof and have now changed it to match what they claimed earlier!!
