The parcel was stolen from the door step by an engineer or doctor, reported this to both the police and mater mart. The amazon driver never knocked or rung doorbell to let us know it landed. Tried multiple times to contact master mart by email and phone. Never received 1 response.

Great Service
I'd never come across Master Mart before I made this purchase but I'm very impressed. I ordered something needed for work which was out of stock at our normal stationery suppliers. I placed the order in the afternoon and the item arrived before lunch the nest day. Extremely efficient service and good prices too. I'll definitely use Master Mart again.

An error on my part - wrong address attached but master mart dealt with it efficiently and item received a few days later
I hadn’t used master mart before and mistakenly didn’t update my delivery address on the shop app. Panic set in and I emailed and messaged the company who were brilliant and responded in record time, updated the address as promised and the item arrived a few days later
