This is an out of the ordinary reply. I recently had a mastectomy. I found the options for post mastectomy bras to be terrible. I have worn Marie Jo Tom and Avery bras for years. I found them to be very comfortable, supportive and made me feel ever so lovely. I decided to give it a try again with my prosthesis. Perfection, I felt beautiful again. Quality always endures. I normally wear Avero but this summer switched to TOM smooth which are great to wear under T-shirts and have some lovely colours to choose from too.

Great Bras but UPS not so great.
Bought 3 transparent bras for the hot weather. All were good fits. I only buy Marie Jo if I can.
My only problem was that UPS advised me they were delivering to a pick up point rather than to my home address and then didn’t advise it was there.

1. Easy ordering process.
2. Speedy delivery from the EU.
3. The strapless Tom and the Jane bras as well as the matching knickers were a perfect fit.
4. Returned one balcony bra as was too big, but the returns process was easy to understand and complete, which I did the same day.
5. Awaiting refund but am sure it will come through next week.

I had an issue with a bathing suit…
I had an issue with a bathing suit bottom (it had turned from pristine white to a dull yellow). I contacted customer service and a voucher was issued the next day so I could purchase a replacement. I ordered and received my replacement in less than 5 days. I now have a pristine white bathing suit top AND bottom again. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service!

A lovely product which delivered in every aspect.
The website was easy to use & gave a clear summary of my order. The delivery was delayed by 24 hours - but I was informed. The product is exactly as described. The material is soft & very comfy - the rose colour is beautiful. I chose the plain pants but I intend to order the other colours & will mix & match the lacy option. The fit is spot on& I am very pleased with the bra & pants.

Poor fit and unrealistic sizing
Shipping was quick. Customer service was responsive, but the bra is totally unacceptable, as the straps are too short for me to wear in any configuration. I am told this is the correct strap length, but I am not an unusually shaped person so I find this hard to believe.
