Not satisfied
First I’m charged $99. A month for absolutely nothing. The cream of testosterone I have stated twice the clicks are math’ed out wrong. Because using one click in the morning and one at night lasts for 4.5 months when it’s supposed to last 3 months. And I’m ignored when I say something about it, I can never talk to anyone, you have to leave a message and wait for someone who is not the dr to message you back, if they even respond..your charged for your medication, then you may receive it a month or so later…I’m not satisfied with this company and situation.. I’m told there are cheaper competitors out here and today I’m going to start looking today.

Bad batch?
The testosterone i recieved this time causes a rash, irritation and swelling when injected, both intramuscularly and subcutaneous. It also will bruise around the injection site and remain irritated for the majority of the day.

Very Overpriced and Misleading
Very overpriced, misleading And they threaten you if you try to cancel. They literally send you a form telling you your libido and mental health will probably crash if you discontinue. Run from this place and don't look back.

From great, to good, to terrible.
When I started with Male Excel they were a pleasure to work with. Now they send me bills, never answer my messages, and create all types of hurdles to cancel my subscription. They charge without showing pricing breakdowns anymore (they did previously), and costs have nearly doubled in 2 years. They've sent the wrong medication or missed a medication more than once, and when you're dealing with thyroid, testosterone, and other hormones, it can create a very unstable situation resulting in energy depletion and can affect my ability to have children. All in all, I have recommended them in the past, but their customer support, mistakes, and cost all equate to a TERRIBLE experience. I would NEVER recommend this to a friend.
