Terrible service
My order arrived, but although I selected a women’s item, the size was much too large for me. I sent the item back the very next day. It has now been a month, and the carrier confirms that the return package was delivered three weeks ago. However, for some reason, the store says they cannot locate it in their warehouse.
For the past three weeks, I have been told that they are looking into the issue, but I still haven’t received my refund. I have done everything required from my side and returned the item promptly. I simply want my money back.

The product is perfect however delivery on the site is far from expected. I was told that it will arrive in 2 weeks but they took 4 weeks just to pack it. I’m a little dissapointed. But overall i’m very happy with the product.

It was a complete scam
It was a complete scam, my bracelet wasn’t waterproof and I’m trying to have my refund since 7 of august we are almost on the end of the month (21 of august) and still nothing. They said to me they didn’t receive the bracelets but In my mail status it says delivered to the mail destination they give it to me.
