Very professional recruitment agency. They were really good in listening to what kind of job I wanted and my personal interests. Kept in touch in the whole process. Would definitely recommend and Tuur helped me soo well.

Madison works in a really honest and qualitative way — something you don’t always come across in recruitment. They focus on long-term matches and really take the time to understand both clients and candidates. You can tell there’s a lot of knowledge in-house across the different sectors they cover, and it shows in the way they work.

Sent my CV for a couple of job offers to them, only to get a very (and I mean very) generic response with zero personality. It felt copy pasted or automated. Both job offers had no information about the level or the company that was hiring. (I found out later that they don't deal with junior/medior levels and only want medior/senior).

I even called 3 people who were listed on the job offer to confirm the company and level, but got no response from either one of them. (not even a call back after 2 missed calls per person).

Made an appointment a couple of days ago only to wait and wait until I just accepted that I wouldn't get contacted anymore. This might just be the most unprofessional and most unfriendly recruitment agency I've come across.

(Never got any form of response from those calls)

Abstract riddiculous. Not replying emails, while calling persons that are listed to be responsible for exact job offer, they don't know anything about that; redirecting call to multiple persons, at the end of the day they are employing only own personel that has absolutely no clue what is going on - checked with multiple job offers. Not worth calling / sending emails.
