It feels like the brown leather jacket costs much more than it does. Nice stitching, zippers, and weight make this jacket look expensive. Always get compliments when wearing it.

If I could give zero even that would be better than they deserve., firstly they are not sending an order from where they have named on their website it actually comes from china ..placed order 30/5/26 arrives 16/6/26 left in full view of walking pedestrians so was stolen .ive had the runaround since then from both companies and I’m out of pocket by £82 . Wouldn’t recommend ever buying from them . In reply to your comment I have been emailing you and all I get is Royal Mail need to refund me basically because as far as your concerned it’s been delivered.. absolutely worst customer service!! You just don’t like refunding!!

Absolutely fraudulent. Nothing like the picture or description. Will not refund you. Totally ghost you after purchase. Emailed at least 10 times no response. I can’t say enough how this cat sweater is awful. Not even a sweater cheap material, plastic buttons, crooked seams, wrong color. Please. Save your money. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible, I was absolutely buzzing about this dress for a wedding I’m attending but have been completely disappointed.. dress is nothing like the photo and the quality is a joke. Feels like I’m wearing a curtain and it’s completely see through. Would not recommend at all and don’t let the 4 stars fool you.

The sandals are good for casual wear. I liked the simple design and the way the straps sit on the foot. They feel light enough for regular use. I would have liked a slightly softer footbed, but they are still nice.

I really like this handbag. The square shape looks neat and easy to style with different outfits. It feels comfortable to carry on the shoulder, and the size is good for my daily things. I am happy with the purchase.

I really like the fit of these swim shorts. They feel relaxed without looking oversized, and the fabric moves comfortably while swimming or walking around.

Despite appearances that this is a US company my order is still in progress shipping from China for more that 21 days. Their “local” delivery service GOFO can’t figure out how to deliver to a Post Office box. I’ll post a review of the product if it ever arrives.

Interesting, I just received a reply through Trustpilot from Madison-wear.com asking me to contact them, however, I ordered from Madisonwear.com. Can it get more confusing? I also received a reply from GOFO (a Chinese owned company) saying they don’t deliver to post office boxes. This is the first time I’ve heard that despite having had previous contact with GOFO and the Madison Wear’s website says they use UPS.

6/4/26 Update -- There may be confusion as there is Madison Wear.com and Madison-wear.com. This review is not about Madison-wear. I contacted Madison Wear as well as there delivery service GOFO, after about a week I've not heard a word as to how they will resolve the issue.

6/15/26 Still no package and no responses to 3 emails to Madison Wear and GoFo (their delivery company), until…. I had my credit card company reject payment. Then they immediately emailed, when I responded; they still didn’t respond. They sent a link to delivery status through 17Track (another Chinese company) which showed my package leaving my state for another state. Little doubt in my mind this is a scam company.

Final update. At the same time as the company asked me to rescind the chargeback, they authorized the delivery company to dispose. Glad I initiated the charge back.

The Jessica jumpsuit combines comfort with elegance perfectly. It feels easy to move in while still looking sophisticated and stylish.

I picked up the hooded trench coat recently. It's definitely waterproof and keeps me dry during rainy city walks. The material feels high-quality, though the sizing runs slightly smaller than I expected.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. VERY deceptive company - claim to ship from the US, but actually ships from China; item received is extremely different from what is pictured. Quality is terrible - thin polyester jersey material, but what is shown looks like a chunky knit sweater. Full refund in 30 days - but requires customer to pay to ship to Asia, which is very costly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

The corduroy shirt I ordered is great for layering. The texture is nice, and it feels quite durable. It's a good addtition to my wardrobe for the transition into cooler weather.

These everyday sport loafers are surprisingly comfortable. I can wear them all day without my feet hurting. They look neat and professional enough for the office, which is exactly what I wanted.

i WAS A BIT WORRIED ABOUT SIZING BUT IT TURNED OUT FINE. fITS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. iT SITS NICELY WITHOUT FEELING TIGHT ANYWHERE. i DIDN’T NEED TO EXCHANGE IT WHICH SAVED TIME.

Ordered late at night half asleep lol, but turned out solid. Delivery was smooth and no issues anywhere. Everything arrived in good condition. Small thing but it matters.
