It’s a high quality product at a very reasonable price, Part of my order came the wrong size, called them to let them know, had a friendly chat over the phone with a rep in branch and was sent another within a week, no fuss no quibble, they took the wrong sized one back on the van. I’m a domestic customer, this was my first time ordering with them and will not likely order from them often, but any glass products I need in the future I will order from them, and if anyone asks me do I know someone who does glass, I will 100% recommend them.

I ordered five made-to-measure toughened glass shelves and I'm very happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent, with beautifully polished edges, and everything arrived extremely well packaged. The shelves were approximately 2 mm wider than expected, but this was only a minor issue and I managed to fit them without much difficulty. The price was also fantastic compared to other suppliers. Overall, excellent value for money and I'm delighted with the final result. Highly recommended!

Not really happy.
The glass top is absolutely fine., cut and edges ar lovely. Delivery perfect. A "tiny" problem with their measurements and tolerance +1/-3mm. They cut my glass -2.5mm. I'm sorry. But they could cut the width perfectly to the size but length 2.5mm short. I could(?) understand if it's curve radius or custom line. But it's very simple rectangle not even oversize (700x1200). There's question mark because I don't understand if they call themselves professionals.

We understand your frustration regarding the measurements, but as with all glass manufacturers, there are industry-standard manufacturing tolerances. Our tolerance of +1mm / -3mm is clearly stated on our website, and your glass, at 2.5mm under the ordered dimension, falls within this.
Even with a straightforward rectangular piece, glass cutting and edge polishing involve manufacturing processes where small variations can occur. This is precisely why tolerances exist and are applied across the industry.
We're sorry this has affected your overall impression of our service, particularly as you were otherwise pleased with the product and delivery.
It's naturally disappointing to receive a 2-star review when you've confirmed that the glass quality, finish and delivery were all fine, particularly when the only concern raised is a measurement that falls within the stated manufacturing tolerance.
