Positives; easy ordering, quick delivery and flavours are quite good. Negatives, the quality of the meat. The meat in the massaman was very tough and had lots of gristle and fat. The chicken in the chicken curry was also tough and it had a knuckle left in it. The Java chicken was good. I will not order again though as the quality of the meat is not what I would expect for the price point.

I have been dealing with Macros now for about a month and find their food to be exceptional! Really tasty and much better then the competition. Thanks Macros.

I've been ordering from Macros for over 5 years now and the food is incredibly healthy and delicious. They use quality produce, have a large variety of meals and the customer service is tops.

I enjoyed the meals but one of them gave me food poisoning. For a week I had body aches, internal bleeding of the bowel, throwing up, diarrhoea, the works. I have never been that sick in my life.

The goal was to gain weight because I don’t each lunch or dinner that often due to my work and school schedule so this was a quick and healthy solution. I lost 4kg in a week because I didn’t want to drink or eat anything and had to go to the hospital to get treated because I was severely dehydrated and bleeding internally.

Other than this, the food arrived on time and tasted good. However for myself, the bad outweighed the good and I do not recommend this even if there’s a slight chance you catch what I did.

The food is well prepared and tasty. The service is excellent, and MACROS is happy to provide prompt support if things don't go to plan, with greast customer service. I am a subscriber and will continue to be so for the future.

I’ve been using MACROS Ready Made Meals for about 5 years now, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience.

The meals are healthy, well-balanced, and convenient, which makes sticking to a routine so much easier. One thing I really appreciate is their customer service, it’s quick and responsive, and whenever there’s been an issue, they’ve applied credit without any hassle.

Delivery has been reliable too. Orders arrive on time, and the tracking makes it easy to plan around.

Of course, like any business, there have been the occasional minor delivery hiccups, but nothing major and definitely not frequent enough to be a concern.

Overall, I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for convenient, healthy meals without the headache.

Good taste, on time delivery and great portion size. Have tried many food services but Macros seems to be using the least preservatives, tastes much fresher.

We’ve tried lots of the meals and have settled on our favourites. Meals are always tasty and fresh. Delivery is reliable and we’re happy with the service. Website is relatively easy to use. Would recommend Macros

Do not get the beef brisket. 7 out of my 8 meals were just lumps of fat. I understand a little bit of fat, but this was disgusting, it was the bulk of each meal. They refunded me for 2 meals. I’m just worried as to how this can pass there quality control and nutrition standards, worst than McDonald’s! Basically paid $13 for a potato and 2 beens. Terrible!

My order didn’t arrive. Instead of asking if I would like an order resent a refund was activated that I would receive in 5-10 business days. No food or my money for at least 7 days (as the refund was processed on a Sat). This is unacceptable

It is super difficult to cancel your order or subscription, or even make another meal choice, and the website does not work. It is very slow, very amateur.

Can’t review the food as it was never delivered. In the order confirmation email it advised that you would receive an email once shipped for tracking, and I received nothing. It’s the day of delivery and I still have no email advising it’s been shipped. I assume my order isn’t coming. Warning others, to save them time and money. I expect a full refund. As far as I can tell MACROS is a scam, buyer be warned!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Macros. I was charged for an order that was never delivered, and there was absolutely no communication from the company about the issue. The only reason I found out about the problem was because I contacted them myself, and then they said it was because of an error in the system on their end. Their solution was just to deliver that set of meals along with the next weeks.

I had to make last-minute arrangements for my meals for the week, which was both stressful and inconvenient. Throughout the process, there was no real accountability or recognition of their mistake, and no effort to even fully acknowledge their mistake.

The customer service felt impersonal and dismissive, and I did not feel valued as a customer at any stage. Based on this experience, I have cancelled my subscription and will not be returning. I hope Macros takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer care in the future.

Their food is ok but customer service is terrible, they dont respect us customers, I emailed them to ask if we can skip 1 week delivery as we are heading oversea for 1 week, they said yes and everything then they continued sending food on the week that we not home, all foods got melt and went to the bin, i emailed again and they never said Sorry or anything, they let me Unsubscribe and thats it, very poor service

I tried the Lemon coconut snack balls. One tiny taste & in the bin it went. Seriously disgusting & way overpriced.

Gross. Save your money.
