Purchased product, enrolled us into a subscription service that we didn't opt into, customter service incredibly poor.......

They advertise 60day return policy but they wouldn’t except my return. I told them my son is allergic to milk and I didn’t notice milk is in the ingredients and they ignored all of my messages and kept saying they would have customer service get in touch with me but they never did. Like why say you accept returns if you have limitations on them. Bad business. Bad customer service!

We are trying this for my son, we ordered 3 months worth of capsules they seem to be working well. It's hard to tell really, because he is growing. We just don't know if he is growing due to natural growth or because of the tablets. But he is growing nonetheless. I don't understand the comments about the capsule being too big for a child. We just opened the capsule and pour the contents into a small amount of juice and my son drinks it easily. I have given this review 4 stars. Because we were set up for a repeat subscription that I didn't ask for and we cancelled it, so otherwise I would give it five stars.

I unsubscribed on their website and they continued to send me product and charge me. I complained and they wrote back that I should unsubscribe on the website. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ships from outside of the US. It doesn’t tell you when you’re buying and then sets you up for a subscription you didn’t want. Awful experience

I placed my order on 11 July, I have sent multiple emails on when this will be delivered, and they keep responding with it is in transit. It has now been 16+ days since I ordered with no delivery, nor do they have any support to assist you when doing inquiries.

The tablets we received were too big for our child to swallow. After contacting customer service via email the response we got was just awful. In short they won't offer you any help or allow you to return /refund the item at all. They just send you silly messages and ask you to send photos in which even if you do they ask you to do it again. Its just delay frustrate and steal your money. To annoy me even more I then got charged again after 30 days for another batch we i didn't know i had ordered!! its not clear at all that your signing up for more of these. Its a scam set up where you won't get your money back. I'm trying to contact my bank to get these charges back. The pills themselves are very large an adult would struggle to swallow them. Do not buy from this company unless you want to lose your money

A very bad experience with them. it ws suddenly deduct on my account and them when I ask for refund they have alot of excuses, the conversation goes almost 2months with no refund and action from them. Very bad customer service, Scam they take my money even repetive asking them to refund since i do not have the product.

I emailed and they are releasing a chewable tablet version soon which is exciting. my son doesnt really enjoy capsules but he will take them with milk.

Giving it one star as there was a hidden subscription when buying and when trying to get out of subscription is very hard to find says you can do it from the page I was on but can’t and still trying to email to end the subscription

I was expecting my son to grow more but after 2 entire box’s of them he hasn’t grown at all they don’t work at all and is a total scam don’t buy or subscribe as they don’t work what so ever

They should really make a gummy version! kids love gummies. my youngest will take this with a gulp of water, but it is less enjoyable for him.

this company should make an option for a quicker shipping line to australia. my 13 year old started grow spark for 1 month, and i ordered a few days before the next month was supposed to start but i couldnt give him any for a week because shipping took 10 days.

I truly believe that this is a good product, and my daughter's percentile is increasing, however the fact that its a capsule and not a gummy is so disappointing! It's basic marketing, you should know what your target audience wants. anyway, im sure theres a reason why they havent made a gummy yet but i think it would be a great idea if its possible.

Extremely happy with this. I have re ordered for the 3rd time and my 13 year old is on good track. I simply do not understand the negative reviews and I believe anyone who has left a negative review doesn't understand basic technology. if you dont want to subscribe, then dont subscribe. if you have an issue with your order, email customer support and learn how to find email replies. every time I have contacted support, they reply. if you want your money back, they will give it back (yes, I have first hand experience with this as there was an issue wth my tracking number and so i asked for a refund because i couldnt be sure that my order was going to arrive. they gave me my money back and then 4 days later, my order arrived anyway!) enough said really. and no I have not been paid to write this, i just noticed it and it griped me.

Be careful of them scamming you into a subscription and then making it impossible to get out of. I have had to involve my bank in the end to cancel future payments. They were very unresponsive on email and deflected me to try and drag out the process. I haven't even received my tablets for over 3 weeks now. TOTAL SCAM!
