I bought a tripod cooling fan and the legs broke after 2 months. I contacted customer support on Aug 1st pm (saturday) and they replied next morning (Sunday am) and told me they would send a replacement as soon as possible and apologised for the inconvenience. I received it after a copule of weeks. Customer support was impecable, diligent, polite, honestly the best I have encountered.

Leaks a lot when pumping and after. Milk needs to be transfer straight away. If not it starts leaking

My left pump stopped working. And they were quick to set up a replacement. Unfortunately, then the right one started to act up and stopped working as well. In an act of extreme kindness, they sent me a whole new setup, just in time, as we are getting ready to move internationally for my husband's new military assignment. Shipping does take a while, but it's worth it to have hands down the best pump back again!

Replaced the product when I had an issue!

Ordered a maternity pillow from their website. Waited 4 business days with no info before inquiring when my item will be shipped. Was told it’s not in stock and will have to ship from another warehouse - should ship in 1 to 2 days. Only to find out 2 days later when I requested an update there’s an issue at the warehouse and they can’t ship my item. They won’t communicate with you unless you inquire directly. What a joke this company are. Save your money, buy elsewhere!! Hopefully I do actually get a refund!

Momcozy was incredibly helpful when I encountered an issue with my pump. They promptly assisted me and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I truly appreciated their unwavering support and assistance in obtaining a replacement pump, enabling me to resume pumping on the go for my little one!

Had an issue, sent ours back and replacement was issued. Easy.

I messaged momcozy support late into the night and received a response shortly after. The response was friendly and helpful, my issue was resolved within days I had a replacement pump motor! I LOVE everything from this brand and am so thankful for their products and customer service! The mom cozy m5 pumps are so convenient and comfortable
