We subscribed to the Unlimited Superfast Internet plan on 27 July 2026. One month later, we still had no internet connection at home.

Three different technicians had to visit our home because of an issue with the fibre connection. After each visit, we had to wait 7–10 days before receiving any information from Viking, with the issue repeatedly being attributed to Proximus allegedly not providing them with the necessary information.

Throughout the month, we contacted Viking several times by phone and email. Despite our repeated requests, we were never given a clear or reliable indication of when the connection would actually be activated.

After a month without service and with no clear resolution in sight, we decided to cancel our efforts with Viking and subscribe to another provider instead.

Good service, very helpful people not the phone and very Patience. Nice service, good prices. I recommend 🫶💕

Products like you find somewhere else too but at a great price and with very good advantages you don't find anywhere else in Belgium.
Good coverage and the helpdesk helps quickly and adequate

I have been a happy user of Mobile Vikings for a few tears now. I started five year ago with a subscription with 20 gb monthly and unlimited calls for 15 euro. A couple of years ago the Mobile Vikings added 10 gb for free. And now another 10 gb. So 40 gb and unlimited calling and sms for 15 euro. There are never surprises with extra charges in countries outside your subscription, because they simply block these. The only downside is that it doesn't work in Switzerland. Apart from that everything is excellent!

We have been using Mobile Vikings Broadband internet for the past 3-4 years. It is more competitively priced than most other providers (currently 40€ for unlimited internet). Internet speed and latency have been flawless. recently we experienced a power cut which disrupted our modem. The service over the phone was fast (no waiting time) and super friendly. A technician came within two hours and resolved our problem.

I had a prepaid Mobile Vikings account that I was not actively using. I then received a debt-collection letter for two €25 invoices.

After repeatedly contacting Mobile Vikings, I was told that my prepaid account had been “migrated” to a €25/month Postpaid Unlimited Basic subscription.

The problem is that I did not knowingly request or authorize this change.

Initially, Mobile Vikings told me to deal only with Legal Recovery, even though Mobile Vikings itself is named as the creditor. Only after insisting did someone investigate and explain where the charges supposedly came from.

I have now formally disputed the contract and asked Mobile Vikings to show when and how I agreed to this recurring subscription.

A prepaid account should not become a paid monthly subscription without clear and provable consent.

I will update this review depending on how Mobile Vikings resolves the case.

I believe that the services provided by Mobile Vikings resonate with its packages of products, which makes me always keep giving a great review. I am happy about the price and the services that I am getting from Mobile Vikings. The company's transparency and commitment to its customers have always been outstanding for me.
