The productwas in stock and ordered with Priority. After 10 days waiting and the shipment technically market as in transit, I call the shop and the owner forgot to send it. After that, the paccake was sent as economic so another 4 days delay... worst delivery service ever

Is the first time i buy here and my experience with this site is totally positive, i only can recommend. The delivery took some days more, but was ok for me. They don`t accept you return the articles, if you accept the rules and is not a problem for you then this is a good option.

Good reseller, but only 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the delivery time because, for me it took 14 working days to receive the device (16 total days from the order). But they always inform you and they reply to all email, so the communication (in english and german) is good, the package received is as expected and come with a warranty of CHF 1500.- by the post - very reassuring if you compare to other reseller that send you package without any warranty. No problem at all, just be aware if you wish to receive the item quickly, but the price is good, so if you can wait some days, there is no problem at all and I can recommand mobiledevice.ch and I think to buy more on this plateform.

Definitely a trustworthy site! Seemed kinda sketchy because they are so much cheaper (got the s25 ultra for 90.- less than on galaxus) but had a great experience. Ordered on the 18th and received on the 21st! Although i did pay 7.- extra for express shipping

If we look at price and goods alone this would be a higher start review. However the support email bounces back all communications after the first one (to which they replied minimizing the issue), almost as if they don't want to talk to clients so I can imagine that if something goes wrong there is no support

The website is cranky, communication is difficult, but do not let this worry you. It only feels like that because it's obviously a small operation.

The product, a Spark Neo, was delivered quickly and according to their word.

It was delivered brand new and in perfect working order.

It was actually the price that put me a little on edge. It was so low. It was a clear 30% cheaper than every other outlet... in the world.

I worried it was a scam. But it is not. I got 502 bad gateway messages when trying to track it. I wrote to them and they sent a link... no problems.

I would most certainly buy from mobiledevice.ch again.

Slight delay in shipping due to a customs clearance delay. However, the company communicated accordingly. Would purchase again in the future given the value for money and items received in perfect condition.

Good prices, somewhat speedy delivery

The price of the Samsung Watch 5 40mm LTE was 25% lower than the second best price on toppreise. The item arrived in three days. The external package was recycled from another item, a pillow, which was strange. The actual watch was in its sealed, original retail box.
