Hello, I like the service I mean the people who supported the process of payment and giving information my email. But the problems for me are:
The nails included with the wardrobes were very poor quality, with the nail heads being very small. The people I hired to assemble the wardrobes took a very long time, and in the end, the wall panel that attaches to the wall didn't hold up well. It's very weak. I needed to buy additional fasteners to reinforce the chipboard sheets. The people who assembled the wardrobes followed the video provided by moveis pt, but they said the video didn't show how the back panel of chipboard that attaches and touches the wall is connected and inserted. My biggest problem is that moveis.pt company doesn't offer professional furniture assembly services. The people who assembled two wardrobes spent 10 hours on it, and I paid 120 euros. This is very stressful for me.
My opinion, there are should be people who know how to assemble these kind of wardrobe from the company Moveis.pt.
The wardrobes in general very beautiful but quality is not very strong. I have videos and i can send them.

Lack of easily followed instructions
I have a Great Wall unit, however, the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. Although each piece and screw type is identified in the instructions by number or letter, the actual pieces and screws are NOT marked in any way. The only way I could ID the pieces was to compare the actual measurements to those listed. Additionally the lighting system, although present, was not mentioned in the instructions nor were separate instructions present. If you can get over these drawbacks, you will have a great unit

This is my first time buying from this company. I spent a long time choosing the right one, and I'm happy with my choice. I bought a wardrobe in early November and I'm very pleased with everything. The quality and price are good. I really appreciate the free and timely delivery directly to my apartment; everything was well packaged.
