Arrived after 3 months

Arrived after 3 months, useless customer support. They dont know how to declare shipping items or handle fees. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!

Il cliente si trova ad ISRAELE. Ed è inutile che inventi le cose. Lo abbiamo supportato costantemente, ma purtroppo il suo pacco dopo essere stato spedito è rimasto bloccato per lo scoppio inaspettato della GUERRA ed i vari problemi che affliggono il paese di destinazione. Ovviamente le tasse doganali esulano dal nostro controllo perchè dipendono TOTALMENTE dalla dogana di ISRAELE, quindi se deve protestare per qualcosa, dovrebbe farlo con il proprio governo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and great custom suspension!

I ordered custom-made Bitubo shock absorbers for my Honda Forza from MotoRacingShop, tailored to my rider weight. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was good, the order process was smooth, and the shocks arrived as expected.

I am very satisfied with both the online store and the Bitubo shock absorbers. The ride comfort and stability improved noticeably on my Honda Forza. It is great that the suspension was customized for my weight.

I highly recommend MotoRacingShop to anyone looking for quality motorcycle parts and reliable service.
