Well I forgot to check the company reviews before ordering what looked like awesome incontinence panties—double what I wanted to pay, so they must be great, right? Delivery was delayed and delayed. They responded by asking me to wait in every reply email. I emailed today asking for a refund. No response yet. I may have to dispute the charge as I was charged 3 weeks ago when ordering.

These gummies did absolutely nothing for me even after taking them every day for 2 months. Not worth the money.

I ordered the Lymphatic Drainage Drops. It took longer than I expected to receive them but not by a lot (just over two weeks). I had no troubles with the order.

I wanted to try this product as it is a competitor to Cleantra which is all over my feed, unfortunately, and Cleantra has a bad reputation for forcing you into a subscription that is hard to cancel. There was no such issue with Lumivyx. I received my first order and haven't been charged for a subscription.

I will see how the product works for me and, if it seems to help, I will probably get the subscription just to have it on hand without having to reorder.

My review echo's many. We ordered products from them 4 weeks ago. I sent an email with my tracking number. They replied with a comment that the items were being processed. Its now been two more weeks. I went to the website and entered the tracking number and a message came back that there were problems with the tracking software. I believe this company is a scam. I may try reporting to my credit card company and to BBB, but just wish I had taken the time to read the many negative reviews. I hope this stops someone from ordering from them.

I would have given 5 stars had I received the product I ordered and paid for. The 3 stars represent a 1 star for non delivery and a 5 star for superb customer service. Responses to my queries were always responded to within hours. In the end they also fully refunded me.

I, too, regret not reading the reviews for this company. As many have stated this company is out to scam you. I ordered incontinence underwear and 4 weeks later had not received my package. I contacted customer support and was given a tracking number. Even when tracking number indicated it had been delivered to my home town, I didn't receive the order. Another email to customer support. They told me the package had been deliver. The day after receiving this email the poorly wrapped package was delivered. This underwear was HUGE and very poorly made- thin material . I looked up return policy which is a continuance of the run around. Whenever have you had to email customer support to request a refund. Bottom line, keep your order and request another size or pay return shipping cost and $19.98 administrative cost. GRRRR, stay away from this company. Warn your friends and family!! I am reporting to Better Business Bureau.

Lumivyx is a scam company,and another company is assosciated with this company by the name of Juvenileon. From reading all of the comments and concerns, these are the same ones that bring up phony tracking notes, and they have screenshot that the product was delivered in fact, it never was. I went on our Goverment website and reported them to the FBI and Consumer Affairs, these people have to be held accountable. Do not order from these people and if enough do as I did this will stop!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered tanning gummies on 5/19/26 and they said they were delivered on 6/13/26. NEVER RECEIVED. By the way they are shipping from China. I have disputed with the company, Paypal and my credit card. Will not return emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

11 days since I placed my order and still no email with a tracking #. I emailed customer service and they said it is on its way and may take up to two weeks. Still no tracking number.

I ordered 2 hair serums. The day I got them, I emailed the company about returning them. The reason being I didn’t like all of the additives. I wanted full reimbursement. They offered me a percentage of what I paid as well as keeping the 2 bottles which I did not want. I again told them I wanted a full reimbursement. I have not heard from them. What a scam! Awful awful service!!!!

If I could give a zero, I would rate it zero!!! I cannot give an accurate product reviews since I’ve never received the product. We are now on month three since I’ve ordered the product. I have never received the product, although customer service claims that it was shipped twice. The tracking information they provide is BS as you cannot track anything. They gave me some story about how they are a small business and sometimes delays happen. I understand if you run out of the product but telling me it’s been shipped and to expect it in 9 to 12 days and we’re on day 90 is unacceptable. I have requested a full refund. I’ll update this review if I actually get the refund or not, but this is absolutely insane. Oh and customer service takes days before they respond to you don’t waste your time or your money unless you want to be completely frustrated.

This underwear is useless. There is only layers which absorb nothing so you walk around wet.
They tried to tell me that they had such a demand, they didn't have the product and shipping would be greatly delayed so I wrote to cancel my order. They claimed it had been processed to which I reminded them that they had already told me they were out of the product so how could they have processed it. And WOW magically they arrived shortly thereafter.

I wish I would have saw theae reviews before I ordered. Tanning gummies they said were delayed to be shipped 6/29 and arrive 7/5. Haven't heard anything since that email that they were delayed and have not received. DO NOT order anything from this company. Not one decent review.

Never received order after being reassured "my order was on it's way". Buyer beware.

Do not order from them! Never received my item. Got an email stating it would be delayed due to high demand. Another provided estimated delivery date. No communication or delivery since. SCAM!!!

I ordered a product from this company 3 weeks ago, and have not yet received it. Every time I contact them asking when I can expect to receive my product, they keep telling me there’s been delays with shipping.

They lie lie over and over. I've been waiting for two months for a two week delivery of tan gummies. Ryan keeps trying to sell more and more with our even trying to tell people that will never receive their purchase. HUGE SCAM!!! I've asked for my money back to no avail. Not any acknowledgement! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

Recently ordered 12 pair of underwear for around $130. Size was supposed to be 2x. However label on inside of panties had 4X. Underwear did not fit properly. They were more like a bikini style. Contacted company and they wanted me to keep them and give me a small refund. Finally they agreed to give me $100 and keep, I will donate to charity. There was no label with their name on anything on product or packaging, and were made it china. I was not happy with this company. Just buyer beware.

After a delay in shipping I received my 6 panties. 3 were LARGE - 3 SMALL. I have contacted Customer Service several times asking for a return authorization and replacement of the incorrect panties. I have not received either and would strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company
