I am very unsatisfied with this drinking bowl for my cats after half a year of usage. The design looks great. My cats use it, that’s not the problem. But the bowl is very wide and attracts a lot of dust and dirt, so it looks schmutzig very quickly. I also clean it out every week and it takes sometimes half an hour to get the fountain back to work again. You need to take the power in and out all the time. Besides that, the fountain was good in the beginning, but now it is only a very small bit of water coming out. I would never buy it again.

UPDATE: A few months ago I purchased a backpack from LucyBalu. I have used it so far to go out with my cat a few times for a walk to the park or to the vet. My cat is a very peaceful and calm cat (british shorthair) so he does not complain usually. However, approximately 2 weeks ago I was carrying him in this backpack outside and he started ripping it apart which he succeeded in seconds. It was a horrible experience for me because 1) I never saw him in this state, and more importantly in the context of this review, 2) because this backpack that is made for cats and for going OUT with them is not really up to the task and exposed my cat to real danger. If I haven't grabbed him on time he would have ended up on the street. Please note that I purchased it for hiking but used it only a few times so far to test it and to see if my cat will be comfortable with it. Whether he is comfortable with it or not is not really what this email is about. It is about the low quality of the "net" part of the bag and that he was able to rip it in seconds. This level of "quality" I find unacceptable, all the more because I paid this backpack 150 EUR (even that was on a discount). I wanted to spend the extra money to provide my cat with the best backpack - in terms of safety and comfort but this was truly disappointing. Last week I contacted LucyBalu explaining exactly this and asking for some sort of compensation, but they did not even bother replying.

UPDATE: After prompting an answer they replied saying that they cannot do anything about it.

Sehr gut!! The fountain is amazing! Solid material, and I’m happy there is only 1 small filter thing that you have to change.

You need to clean the water and fontein every 1-2 days. Just some non toxic dishwashing soap en hot water and rinse. Put clean water.

My cat drinks more than ever before. Truly happy I chose this brand
