I have opted to change it to a 5 star review solely based on good customer chats and account manager Caroline Brown. She always goes the extra mile when delivering warm messages and getting back with answers.

I still think that the website could use a bit of a facelift with finding games and having better sections. I also think there are key games that are missing from the library such as area link games.

But it’s truly appreciated that when you Que up a withdrawal that it’s approved within the hour and normally shorter. Even when it’s a larger cash out.

Actually pretty quick for withdrawals but just had a terrible experience.

They then started to make up lies about wagering requirements which never applied before.
