Very impressed with the customer service at Luxfordtech. They followed up to check that I'd received my order - I hadn't, so they chased it up and supplied tracking details. After care - had a small issue setting up (user error) and they quickly responded to my email request for help. All sorted quickly. Highly recommended.

The setup of these devices was so easy, but the fact they have thoughtfully emailed a follow up cheat sheet is customer service at its best.

Great customer service and friendly professionalism. They swiftly responded to my email to assure me I had ordered the correct product when I had thought I ordered the wrong one. They checked my order and within 30 min, I received a response to my email. Excellent customer service and expert knowledge on their product. I'm truly impressed!

We had a delayed flight from Nice to Rome and missed our connecting flight to Dubrovnik.
Upon arriving in Dubrovnik the next day our luggage did not show up on the carousel. We reported the loss and the staff insisted they were not there.
I checked my tags - small bag Dubrovnik, large bag Sao Paulo, Brazil. Well, not having used them before I was a bit dumbfounded.
But that was exactly the case. We went back to the Dubrovnik airport and insisted that my tag was showing that my small bag was there.
After we insisted on checking all storage facilities, and the staff member saying, "those tags are often wrong", we found it. But alas the large bag was in Brazil.
We were departing on a 7 day boat trip and needed to buy essentials and clothing. At least I could track the bags movements as it returned and caught up with us 10 days later in Zagreb.
I would also like to add that I submitted a claim directly with the airline and after much insistence I was repaid every cent I claimed.

After receiving my cards, found they didn't connect to my phone.
Contact the tech team and Olga was straight on it. Emailing with clear instructions to clear the problem and getting everything working.
It's great having these trackers hidden in places, it's peace of mind.

Luxfordtech tracking cards have worked very well for our Europe trip. I bought 3. One of them stopped working during the trip but a very quick response from my email and it was back online for our flight home. Highly recommend!

10 out of 10 for Customer service, cards arrived promptly, instructions provided for set up were easy to follow and we easily set up on Android and iPhone. Follow up emails offering help were not needed by us but certainly helpful for others if you are having problems setting up.

Before I even got the device, I received emails from Justin on settings to update. I received the device several days later. I updated the necessary settings and double checked them but still had problems getting the "connect" prompt. I reached out to the company via email on the weekend, and received a response from Olga repeating some instructions and adding 1 or 2 more. One of the additional updates caused the device to connect. Kudos to Justin and Olga for premium service.

Very impressed, easy setup and work great, got the 3 pack, thinking of getting more. After sales service and contact great as well, quick response when my 60 year old eyes couldn't see the little led on the card, following advice I found it. Very impressed

The product is easy to set up and use. It's extremely accurate when using it to track my vehicles. It's small enough to fut easily in my wallet so I can find it and my purse.
The customer service was fast & friendly when I asked questions.

Great product and amazing Fast communications, fixed my lack of technical understanding. Inow have a very useful tool!

Easy to set up and support is readily available if you need it.

The purchasing process was very easygoing. Had a couple of questions that were answered really quickly and very effectively.

I ordered 3 of the cards and the customer service was outstanding and the technical service was there checking on if everything was working without my asking for help. The cards came charged, and paired right away. Once I had them up and running they were easy to see on a map and I could hear the simple ring tone when I was looking for them during my testing.

Easy to set up and activate the cards with the instructions. One on the motorbike & one inside for tracking. The Find Hub track where the cards are so i do not have to worry. A great security card!

Great customer service is a must for me to do business with any company and Olga at Luxfordtech provided me with great service. She was able to answer my questions and I placed my first order.
