Unacceptable start to our stay – severe hygiene & safety concerns
We have only been at the campsite for a few hours, but our experience with Luxcamp has been terrible so far. Upon arrival, our mobile home had a strong stench of vomit.
When we reported this to the staff, their "solution" was to spray the interior with heavy bug spray. While it covered the vomit smell, the mobile home is now overwhelmed by chemical fumes that won't dissipate. We are deeply concerned about the safety of our children sleeping in these fumes and are currently considering sleeping in our car instead.

Pros and Cons
Advantages:
+ well organized check-in and check-out
+ good access to the centre of Rome
+ numerous attractions
Disadvantages:
- noise at night, no one controls it
- no safe sidewalk to the bus stop

Stella Maris Camping Umag
This camp was our first experience with that kind of travelling. The pitch was very good situated, with an access to water and electricity. Other stuff were located in few places (toilet, showers, washing machines (estra payed), place for hand wash etc) - everything was very clean. Close to pool or few minutes walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay, especially with children I think. So many people gathered in one place, and still its peace and quiet here :)

Very very bad mobile home at Simuni. Old and with not fixted thing. Very hot inside. The resident from eurocamp is very unpolite.

you don't get the house you paid for
We pay for high standard houses and we got low standard. Noone want to solve this issue. We have contacted office, resident and we didn't get any answer. Noone cares of you if it's already paid They suggest us to go back home and than make the complian.... it's not acceptable!
