Exit scam?

The website disappeared without warning, never shipped my $130 dollar order, which sat "pending" for two weeks, nor did they refund it. For many years I've purchased thousands of $ worth of items without so much as an issue. It is really sad to see a trusted website take our money and run with it. If they have issues because of new legislation regarding electronic cigarettes in Canada then that's understandable, but not an excuse for this behavior. Shame. I am not the only person that got left high and dry with my order either. Several of my friends have had the same experience as well (placed order, paid for it, never got the items, website disappears).
