I m in madrid Nothing but issues. All they do is say sorry but nothing done about the inconveniences. Dont book with limehome.
Location is good the looks of the apartment as well but a lot of malfunctioning

Good for business purposes

Key complaints were:
Accommodation differed from the Booking.com photographs. The suite was essentially one room divided by a half-wall, and the double bed was cramped into an alcove without bedside cabinets.
Wi-Fi was unavailable for the entire stay, forcing the guests to use costly mobile data.
A window could not be opened during very hot weather, despite being reported to Limehome.
Repeated access failures occurred because the electronic door codes stopped working. Multiple expensive international calls, replacement codes and eventually a technician were required before access was restored.
Maintenance and cleanliness problems included dirty windows, too few coat hangers and toilet rolls, a persistent sewage smell from the shower drain, and a bathroom light hanging from its wiring, described as potentially dangerous.
The guests were particularly frustrated by remote management, language difficulties and the lack of effective local support when problems arose.
After submitting a detailed complaint through Booking.com, Limehome rejected the claim, leaving the guests feeling that the company had provided poor customer care despite the €810 cost.
They are happy to take your money but do not provide the level of customer care for which you are paying handsomely.

Équipements à/C not working, the room was a fridge. I calles custom et service, all remote, Ho open es a « ticket », not fixed for the second night, no feedback neither on whether someone dealt with the ticket…
Emergency alarm started to scream at 7am on day 2 and continued to scream for almost an hour as there is no one on-site to address issues….

We stayed in Berlin with Limehouse and were impressed by the size and quality of the apartment. Easy check-in experience but unfortunately did not accept an early check-in despite it not appearing to be fully booked. That's probably the only negative to the entire experience. Loved the location and access to public transport to see Berlin.

Having stayed at several limehome locations, I can confidently say they are consistently well-maintained, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything you need. The communication is always excellent, and their instructions are incredibly clear and easy to follow.

Valencia location - Not well described and the place was very odd. There was no description that the area was noisy and that a ground floor apartment would be impacted by it. The kitchen was kind of uncomplete and the bathroom sink tiny. And it was only semi clean. Beside that you get AI bla bla when you contact the customer service

Fantastic location near a metro and tram, or walking distance to Alexanderplatz. Quiet location in a residential area, very family friendly. The flat itself is the best we've stayed in on our city breaks. It was spacious and immaculate, especially the main bedroom. Laundry downstairs is free, including tumble driers, you just have to provide detergent (we got some for 50 cents in a nearby launderette). I would definitely book again, in fact we didn't really want to leave.

When I arrived at the apartment, I found there was no kitchen. I contacted with the customer service. The staff confirmed that my room should have a mini kitchen. I required to change my room to a room with a kitchen. The staff asked me to pay extra 10euros for upgrade and 30euros for cleaning fee. Actually, I just arrived at the apartment and had not used the room any more.

We have booked an appartment in advance but it was cancelled two days right before the trip by the provider without any substitution.

Very clean, comfortable and well equiped.
New and tidy.
Well located for public transportation.
I asked for early check in and they did it.
I strongly recommend it.

Uber-modern and extremely comfortable apartment in a great location within Graz. Smooth check-in/ out. Powerful shower, well-equipped kitchen and a great balcony to watch the world go by. More spacious than we had thought it would be, even for 4 people. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice apartment well placed in Berlin. The apartment is very well equipped, the beds are good and there is lots of space.

The room was exactly how it was described we had a very nice sleep and the room was very nice and clean

Simple room but good for travelers who want to visit Citi. Everything is near by. Around hotel are few cafes and restaurants so breakfast isnt a problem

It was a great stay, super clean and modern, beautiful lounge bar. Good soundproofing. Maybe I missed a bit the personal contact as it's all digital and self check in. But at least in the Bar were nice people and the atmosphere was nice. Great location also.

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful building. You get everything that you need.
Definitely visiting again in future! Location is very good, cuz u are close to everything!
