One star is still too much. I've never seen such a lousy project, with employees who talk a lot but don't get anything done.
The US guys who talk the most here are the ones who know the least.

STAY AWAY!! I am not the usual type of person who complains online but lilly skin deserves this review. They have not delivered my order after 2 months and complete radio silence from their end. It happened to a few ppl online already and it seems to be frequent. These guys just keep the money and don't care about you. I have sent them a lawyer letter and they will be sued very quickly.
The pads are good and really like them however I didn't receive all the items i ordered. I contacted many times the customer service (Quentin) who told me to have resend the item left. However I never received it. That's why I'm quite disappointed of the service.
Lilly Skin is probably the best environmental friendly invention in the last decade. In the last 12 months no more lotion and cotton bought!!

I ordered my product on 15th September still not received anything. Have emailed number of times but not getting a response from them. It says on the tracking website delivered but I have never received anything. Asked for refund nothing. Really disappointed with the service. It would have been nice to get a response back from them.
