Well packaged in 2 boxes but unnecessary and excessive use of polystyrene (non-recyclable) for lamp base.

We had an issue with a part on the…
We had an issue with a part on the lamp, considering how much we paid, they thought it was acceptable to put it right with a screwdriver!! We were horrified. We wrapped the lamp in a cloth to protect it and managed to fix it. We should not of had to do that.

Ceramic table lamps - very attractive and sturdy
The ceramic lamps we have purchased are exactly as described and despatched promptly. They are very well packaged to ensure safe arrival. The only thing we are unsure of is the matching lampshades, to us these do not really suit the style of the lamp bases being too short in height in our opinion and also too light in colour but sourcing an alternative is proving difficult so maybe they'll grow on us over time.
