I ordered Ouzo from this dealer…
I ordered Ouzo from this dealer because they distribute the Lebanese brand Thomas Arak. Unfortunately, the bottles I received were produced in 2021. For a spirit like arak, freshness and proper stock rotation matter a lot, and I feel the age has affected the taste. I was disappointed to receive such old stock (6 bottles) without being informed in advance.

Delivery was delayed
Delivery was delayed. UPS´s web service does no work properly. It shows you update but it did not allow to change delivery address. In theory possibility exists but request did not go through. At the end we were lucky to be at home in the time of delivery.

Really impressed with this shop
Really impressed with this shop. The order arrived much faster than expected, which already set a great first impression. On top of that, the website is straightforward and well organized, making it easy to browse through a wide and interesting selection of Lebanese products without feeling lost.
