First they sent me a wrong prescription but the process of getting them correctly was actually super easy and fast (without considering the shipping time).

Did not receive what I paid for. I received just an ordinary pair of eyeglasses with no prescription after paying such an amount. I just realised too late that it has no prescription. I felt scammed.

Asked my personal data and i refuced to give it.
I tried to cancel my order but they never responded.

Absolutely amazing company! I've now ordered three pairs of glasses from Lensalter and they have all been fantastic. In my most recent order, I requested a different colour of glitter and different arms to be used on the glasses, and for a very low additional cost, they were happy to customise the glasses to my specifications. In essence, they allowed me to design my own pair, which was an incredible and unprecedented experience. The designs on their site are generally gorgeous, and the prescriptions are accurate. Those who claim that the glasses are flimsy in reviews must really be careless, as a pair that I've worn every day for over a year is still going strong, and I'm a fairly clumsy person! Additionally, complaints about shipping times are purely ridiculous - the glasses are shipped internationally for a low cost, and I for one do not object in any way to waiting a couple of weeks or so for such high-quality products. People are far too demanding if they expect Amazon-style delivery. The prices are unbeatable, especially for helpful additions like blue light blocking and waferproof coating.
The customer service is incredible too- they were great at figuring out exactly what I wanted and making my dream glasses a reality. I would never buy glasses from anywhere else!

The glasses are very light and flimsy, easily broken. They arrived with a scratch on one lens. Apparently they got my prescription wrong, because when I turn my head, my vision goes blurry. (This doesn't happen in my regular glasses.)

They are just awful. I sent the size of my previous glasses when I ordered my glasses. They didn't give me any updates regarding when I would get my glasses. Then when I received them they would fit an 8 year old. There was no way that progressive lenses will fit in the space of a half dollar piece. If I could give them a 0 I would

I got my glasses from Lensalter after seeing my daughter’s unique glasses from this company which were great! I love these glasses so much that I got right back on there and ordered another style so that I had options. I’ve never had a pair of glasses this lightweight and yet strong, this unique, or that fit me perfectly without adjustment right out of the box. They now have a fan, I love them. I’m an older woman and it’s so much fun having fun glasses for once in my life.

I had won a GIVEAWAY for some Sanrio glasses back in 2023. I was talking to this company about how to get the glasses and such, and they suddenly ghosted me. I reached out to them a few months later, and they acted as if I'm BUYING glasses from them, when I WON them for FREE! I reminded them that, they never said anything again. I have been trying to reach out to them ever since in order to get them, but I never get a response. This is extremely disappointing and disrespectful, and it shows they care far more about getting money than their own reputation.

Warning! It says you can return the item within 14 days. This is false. They will refund half of the lens fees minus shipping. The glasses are very cheap and poorly made.

So happy I saw an ad on Facebook for rimless glasses which is exactly what I had been looking for. Had never heard of the site but took a chance, and first I want to comment on their honesty and integrity. I always thought I needed progressive lenses but after ordering they emailed me to confirm that my prescription does not have ADD and they fixed it and changed to single vision and refunded me the difference in price, without me having to ask or anything. That stuck out to me because I've ordered glasses from other sites in the past and they never pointed this out to me or explained I could do the cheaper option. Anyway, shipping wasn't bad here to USA. And my prescription is perfect and the glasses are SO cute. Would love to order another pair in cat eye or circular in the future.
