No ways of getting replies.
Tried to contact them to cancel my contract. 2 times through the personal area, and once by email. I did it in writing, because in writing its a proof of my contact, and my recuest. They cancelled my contact at the personal area, and still no answer by mail, or telephone for that matter. No customerservice, after 10 years.

very bad service, no communication whatsoever. they take your money and don't do anything! And when you want to cancel their service, they give you discount and tell you they will solve your issues and don't hear anything about them AGAIN! the only thing that interest them is your wallet

Total crooks I contacted them once 2 years ago Since then they call me 5 times per month with offers I ask to be removed from the list they will not do it. They call me even when I m out of Europe They are the biggest crooks EVER They are not lawyers Just people that work for a commission to get contacts to sell other stuff
STAY AWAY FROM THEM
They are working totally AGAINST all European laws and cannot be stopped
