Terrible. They are a dieing company who make cancelling almost impossible

Usually do not give 5 stars but exactly was what I needed. Basically it allows me to grab all my no value contacts and remove them and download all linkedin users with emails lets go. Big vALUE proposition many of us have millions in our linkedin network but we never reach out!

When I wanted to delete contacts from Leaddelta... it deleted contacts in Linkedin!!!!
There are bugs that makes errors in names.
If you scan and add a lead it is registered as connected
You can not make a bolean field like yes/no
You cannot change a field, only add or not show
If you want to use it for suspecting.. you need a business account which costs 70 $ per month
I decided to delete all my contacts and than only use it for suspecting.. also not possible. They delete max 40 contacts per day.. no idea why

I was using the Lead Delta 7-day trial and developed questions. Their representative was helpful. All my questions were answered in chat and email. Lead Delta also has extensive information about their service in their website’s help section.

I chose the pro subscription because I am new to LinkedIn and networking. My school assigned career specialist was impressed with Lead Delta’s capabilities and intends to inform other students about this helpful service.

During my 7-day trial, I found the interface intuitive. Managing my LinkedIn contacts has become as simple as managing bookmarks with Bookmark Ninja. Everything is laid out in an open space for a clear view. Specific contact information opens on the right vertically. Space is efficiently utilized. And the optional LinkedIn sidebar feature is impressive.

As a recent graduate seeking employment, I can’t afford to take risks with financial decisions. With a supportive environment, clearly detailed help information on their website, and friendly customer service, I felt confident that Lead Delta would effectively support my LinkedIn networking needs.

I signed up for LeadDelta because I heard they were the best CRM for business professionals using LinkedIn. I spent hours getting it set up and configured. I wanted to update my CRM contacts with the contact information from my Google account, so I used their CSV import feature.

However, this permanently corrupted my dashboard - it showed 966 total connections when I only had 237 actual LinkedIn connections. This made the LinkedIn management tool completely unusable for professional networking, as I couldn't distinguish between real LinkedIn connections and imported contacts.

I immediately contacted support on May 23rd. Igor confirmed "We don't have ability to undo this action and I'm afraid it will not be possible." I spent hours following their troubleshooting suggestions (hiding contacts), but this didn't fix the dashboard accuracy. The founder Ved later confirmed on May 27th that this behavior is intentional: "So it's not really a bug it's more a feature."

After 5+ days of working with their support team and receiving confirmation that the issue cannot be resolved, I requested a refund on May 28th since the tool was unusable for its advertised LinkedIn management purpose. The service simply cannot perform its core function when the dashboard shows a 309% data inflation rate.

**UPDATE:** Ved's reply contains several inaccuracies. The documented conversation shows:
- No "override" option was mentioned during our support exchange
- No engineer removal offer was made until after I'd already requested cancellation
- No call was offered during our May 23-28 correspondence
- No helpful article was shared about resolving the import issue

The timeline is clear: I worked through their support channels for nearly a week, only requesting a refund after they confirmed the dashboard corruption was permanent and intentional. When a professional tool becomes completely unusable for its advertised purpose due to undisclosed limitations, requesting a refund is reasonable consumer protection.

I have complete email documentation of our exchanges that contradicts several claims in their response. The core issue remains: their CSV import feature permanently corrupts LinkedIn data accuracy, and they've confirmed this cannot be fixed.

Great tool that solves a problem I find particularly annoying and isn't easy to fix without spending sooooo much time

I signed up for LeadDelta, but within hours, I realized it wasn’t what I needed. I immediately reached out to cancel, thinking it would be a simple process. Instead, I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

First, they were dismissive and rude, acting like I was being unreasonable for wanting to cancel on the same day I signed up. They kept deflecting my request instead of just processing it. After my second email, they completely ignored me. No response, no help—just silence.

I should’ve read the reviews (stupid me) before subscribing because their reviews are so bad. Turns out, I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. On top of that, nowhere on their website does it say that removing LinkedIn connections will take days and days—but of course, you have to pay upfront before you find that out.

At that point, it was clear they had no intention of letting me cancel, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. It’s ridiculous that a company forces customers to go through their bank just to stop a subscription. If a business refuses to process a simple cancellation and treats customers with such disregard, that’s a huge red flag.

If you’re considering LeadDelta, think twice. Unless you want to deal with rude, uncooperative support and a company that makes it impossible to cancel, I’d strongly recommend staying away.

Response to LeadDelta:

The free trial only lets you remove 25 connections, and it happened instantly, which is why I was interested in the service. However, the full service has a daily removal limit of 2-80, which wasn't clear before I subscribed.

The daily removal limit should be clearly visible on the payment page, not buried many pages deep. This lack of transparency is concerning.

So what's wrong with replying to the email? Customer service is a job, but I'm a busy person (as probably you are) and can't just jump on a random phone call like that, unfortunately. You ignored my emails after I said I'm not able to do a phone call, but I can chat in the email.

Of course, my review is not pleasant but based on my experience and the truth. Please do not mix my words up.

With all being said, $14 dollars for you (as a company) is nothing and a lot for me. You wouldn't have to go through all this if you'd listened to your potential customer and just refunded my $14 dollars. As you said yourself, it's just $14 dollars, which is not worth the reputation.

I don't understand the point you made in the last sentence. It's fair to give a refund to a person who tried the service, didn't like it, and give them a refund. That's what most reputable businesses do. I'd follow their lead if you want to be successful and don't spend your time arguing with clients.

I paid for this service to remove anyone related to IT from my network. There were several hundred to go through. So why the hell am I still left with over 100 to delete manually?

Crappy service - does not do what it claims to. Don't waste your money!

I was cheated by the service - promised to do what it doesn't do, then doesn't do the service at all. Stay away and watch out, not to become another victim of this company. Refused refund the same day after purchase based on T&C.

I pay close attention to new LinkedIn tools all the time, and most of the tools are focused on automation, which is heavily frowned upon by the platform, and thus more often than not, either your account is getting banned or the tool closes shop. So if you want your account in perfect standing, it's a must you tread cautiously when it comes to picking up LinkedIn tools.
