Expected delivery date is already passed, there is no link to follow up my order, I am not even sure when, how or if it will be delivered.

I purchased two vouchers through Let's Deal and later contacted customer service to confirm whether I could use both vouchers myself.

I was explicitly told that I could use both vouchers by customer support over email.I have screenshots.

Based on that information, I kept both purchases and proceeded with the booking process.

Only afterward was I informed by the chiropractor that I could actually only use one voucher myself, making the second voucher unusable for the purpose I purchased it for.

What is most frustrating is not the policy itself, but the way the situation was handled.

When I explained that I had received incorrect information from Let's Deal and that I have screenshots of this communication, customer service simply continued referring to the terms and conditions instead of addressing the fact that their own representative had provided inaccurate information.

I also repeatedly asked for the case to be escalated to a manager. This request was never fulfilled, and I continued receiving the same standard response from the same customer service representative in a very nonchalant way.

As a customer, I expect a company to take responsibility when incorrect information is provided by its own staff. At the very least, I expected the case to be reviewed by a manager rather than dismissed with copy-paste responses.

Instead, I was left with a second voucher that I cannot use, and despite explaining the situation and providing evidence of the information I was given, I was never refunded for that unused voucher.

Very disappointing experience and not the level of customer service I expected. Can't trust a business like this.

I never bought a deal through this site that was legit, service providers either stall or make mistakes in booking or really crap for service, latest was a deal i got 30 march, called them on 31st and person at today clinic which was regisyered under another name when you search, , gave me an appointment 10/apr 12.30, i go there no one at the clinic so i called and she said there was no booking in the system and that the person that gives the service is out on training, she was very rude because i got angry they wasted my time and offered lame excuses and did not know how to handle the situation. Shady people to con you out of the bill because lets deal gives only 14 days to return while service providers are shady, Red flag
