Fake scam company. This is not a dutch company. The photos are misleading, products are cheap plastic and they dont answer emails. Impossible to cancel an order once placed. Avoid to buy from here. Its cheap china overpriced stuff.

NO SERVICE AT ALL!
Within 15 minutes after my purchase, I contacted the store by email and text message to cancel my order. For a few hours they didn't respond, and when they did they only asked for a reason why. Per Dutch law I'm not required to give any reason, so I didn't. Yesterday and today I emailed them again in the morning, asking them urgently to cancel the order but still no response at all.
My text message never get any response and they don't pick up the phone as well. My bet is they will wait as long as for the order to ship out, so they can't cancel anymore and then I will have to pay for the return of the items. Because be warned, despite their "100% return guarantee", you will be responsible for paying the costs for sending the items back, that's also backed up with other reviews on this website.
Please, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, order anything on this website!!! You will be disappointed by the time it will take to deliver your items, the customer service which will respond "within 24 hours" (NOT!) and probably the poor quality of your "luxurious" items.

We always aim to respond within 24 hours, but at times with high volumes, delays can occur — especially outside office hours. Regarding cancellation: while we indeed ask for a reason (to improve our service), we fully respect your right to cancel without providing one, as per Dutch law.
Sometimes, due to fast processing or logistics with external warehouses, an order might already be in motion before cancellation can be completed. That’s never done intentionally — and certainly not to avoid cancellation — but we understand how that can be frustrating.
As for returns: our return policy is clearly stated on our website before purchase, including who bears the cost, and we always offer reasonable solutions when contacted.

This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered 2 cargo joggers, but they turned up over 2 weeks later looking nothing like the photos on their website. Very poor quality! This company is perceived to be a company based in Amsterdam when they are shipped from Asia. If I wanted to order cheap clothes I would have ordered it from Aliexpress or Temu.
I wanted a full refund, but they refused to give me a full refund, as stated on their website. I didn’t want to pay for shipping to send it back to Asia, so I had to accept 25% refund. Very disappointed in this company. Don’t shop with this company! The clothes are not worth the money they charge you.

They promised next-day delivery — it took three weeks, and I never even received the package. They claim it was delivered to my mailbox, but nothing ever arrived. I stayed home the entire day it was expected, and no one rang the bell.
I requested a refund (in English), but received replies only in Dutch, stating that based on their system, it was delivered, so no refund would be issued. Extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
Very disappointed with the rude and dismissive customer support. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I had a terrible experience with this…
I had a terrible experience with this company and would never order from them again. It took 10 days for my order to arrive, and the quality was disappointing. We decided to return the item, only to find out that we had to pay for the return shipping to China ourselves, which was very expensive. In the end, we regretted returning the order and only received 20% of our money back. My advice: don't order from this company ever.
