Alex and his team were great. They remediated a reoccurring mold issue in the main bath due to a poor exhaust fan placement. Installed the correct size fan and re routed exhaust all while maintaining the schedule they had committed to. We are very pleased with their work

The company was prompt and the the work was done efficiently. Rodrigo, Alex and Raymond were all helpful and understood the project needs. They were friendly and answered questions without talking down to us. There were some issues with communication with one employee and some paint left on woodwork that we actually cleaned off, but Rigo and Alex handled these very well.
We would consider this company in the future for other projects.

Rigo and Team were extremely professional and prompt when answering any of my questions. I submitted a request over the weekend to be contacted. Rigo reached out first thing the following Monday and scheduled a free consultation that same week. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Restoration.

Alex came out the same day I called. Looked had to be done with the Asbestos I had in the basement. Didn't know about the Asbestos till someone told me that it was in the basement. Lived in the house for over 38 years without knowing. Alex answered all my questions. The workers are Friendly, Knowledgeable about the work they are doing and cleans everything up. Removal was done on 3/12 2026.
