Product is completely different from the images
I did not recieve what I paid for and when I reached out for a refund, they simply said it was because what I’d been sent was the ‘new edition’ of the boots. If the new edition means the product is completely different, that should be reflected in the pictures on the website and not just given as an excuse when a customer enquires about why they did not receive what they paid over $100CAD for.
They did not offer me a refund (despite the website saying 30-day returns) and instead said they would offer me 20% back on my original payment method or 100% back in store credit, which is ridiculous considering I will not be buying from this company again :)
