GOT TO WORK WITH THE CHAMPION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Along with some other items, I ordered the 4oz Pine Pollen tincture. When I received the package and opened it, there was a strong smell of pine pollen, and the bottle was just a little over half full. I called and was asked to leave a message concerning this. Shortly after, I got a call back from an extremely pleasant and positive young lady whose name was Kelli, I believe. She apologized and said she'd get me a replacement out right away, and that is just what she did!
That young lady is a credit to your company.

powder is exactly what i expect, works perfectly as advertised.. Unfortunately weeks later they sent me advertisements by mail Related to the same product, i'm not the one who checks the mail in my house >enveresing< these people have no sense of discretion, ant extract make me Throwout.. i wish i could exchange it for something else, But i'm afraid the warranty period has already expired :( i also tried Black Maca. & Pine Pollen.
