The server has been very laggy and the performance has been disappointing. Even after upgrading the server resources, the lag issues continued. I also requested a refund, but I have only received a partial refund and the remaining amount has not been refunded.

One of the worst minecraft hosting ever the server owners are scammers the server literally goes down like every 1 , 2 days for hours and literally the staff are replying 1 hour late our server region file got deleted 2 times yes 2 times and the staff like didn't even care about that they are on we can't do anything than later I fixed this and then the payment day due to some technical issues I can't pay for 2 days and then i thought I am gonna pay the third day but here's the big reveal they removed my server permanently idk why cause there policies say if we don't pay for 2 days the we only can't use the server if we don't pay for 7 days it will be permanently removed so why the hack they removed my server in 2 days they dont even gave me a refund and are not even accepting there mistake and called it a day the worst hosting ever please don't buy server from this hosting hope you all understand
