Horrible experience. I order a pair of boots for a gift. The order was delivered late to the pick up point to the find out the wrong boots were sent. I reached out to them and they said that they do not have in stock the boots I ordered. So basically they sent me a different pair of boots in the hopes I would be OK? What a scam. They asked me to return them which I have without even an apology. They were meat for a gift so I cannot even order them from elsewhere because I have no time. Overall poor operations and very bad customer experience. Suggest you shop elsewhere.

Order was sent directly and received within 3 working days. I live in Alta Norway so it's pretty impressive that it arrived so quickly! Everything was as I ordered it and clear communication!

I was unsure of ordering from a website that I have not heard of before, but the item I want was sold out almost every where. Decided to give it a try, ordered on Sunday and received it on Thursday. Very fast delivery with good price, very happy with experience overall.

I am so happy about this website and the customer service. Orderder a nice dutch oven (which was almost hard to choose because of the amount of pans they have) but when I payed I saw that I received an discount of 20% for subscribing to the newsletter and I already orderder the pan. They reimbursed this 20% anyway and I received the Dutch Oven in three days. Amazing! I am going to use this website again when I am looking for outdoor stuff.

I placed an order with Outnorth on November 30, 2023. I ordered the Women's Norrøna Warm3 Jacket in size XS. I received the parcel on December 12, 2023. Due to the fact that it was a gift, it was opened only on December 31, 2023. And it turned out that Jacket was defective. It has a hole. I immediately wrote to support about the defect, sent photos of the defective place and asked about the possibility of replacement. But unfortunately, they did not have size XS in stock. Then they offered to refund 300kr if I show them the receipt from the tailor. I agreed to a refund of 300kr, but I did not agree to the conditions they required from me. To which I pointed out that this is not legal. But Outnorth still demanded a receipt and only then would they issue compensation for the defective product.

I tried to contact customer service after receiving a faulty product. They did not answer any of my emails or calls, despite i made approx 15-20 attempts. They care only until they get your money. Stay away and do your purchases somewhere else. I wasted 3000 kr "lærepenger" on them.

Service is all always helpful and orders arrive quickly. Items are always as described and I have loved one of the items purchased, so much that I have ordered it numerous times. The Houdini Sleepwalker is warm and fits a little big so there is plenty of room to move and to layer. Perfect.

What a fabulous find ! Outdoor brands from Norway and Sweden, you just can't get in the United States.

Discovered Ulvang brand while visiting Norway recently. Couldn't figure out where I could get more until I found Outnorth. Great website, numerous products, great prices... and even better, reasonable shipping to USA. Received my items in one week. I'll be back to them frequently.

Horrible service.

Ordered skis for my 10 day trip in norway on 09th of january. Skis were in stock and it was wrietten 1-3 days delivery. Today is 19th and i still dont have my skis. Half od the skiing trip has passed. Customer support is not replying to my emails. Just a horrible experience.

If anything comes up in your order the customer service will make sure not to fix the problem.

First and last time I will use outnorth.

I was sent faulty camping gas stove. I sent it back and requested refund. It has been 2 months, I have not received any update from Outnorth.

Ordered two separate items from their Norwegian and Swedish shops to each respective country. Somehow the orders got messed up, both got sent to Sweden and one got lost. Thankfully got a refund for both. This created a stressful situation before our trip. I've ordered from OutNorth before several times, without issues, with the occasional hiccup. Communication between Swedish and Norwegian shops could be much better, as it was abysmal, and full of misinformation e.g.: "your item will arrive tomorrow", when it's going the opposite direction. My theory is summer time means short-staffing.

They have put a message on their site to the effect that they 'are doing their best' but they have no intention what so ever to keep their customers from the UK. Misleading information.

Quick delivery, very well customer services, fair prices...

Extremely fast delivery (to Arctic Norway!) of a sleeping bag for an unbeatable price. They included a reply-paid postage label that came in handy when I unexpectedly needed to return a pocket knife I bought at the same time that was just too heavy to be useful; the refund process for it was flawless.

Ordered in the beginning of April, stated delivery 5-8 days, received the purchase two months later. Payed by card but in July they called and said that the reservation on the card had expired due to the long delivery period and demanded payment via Klarna within 24 hours. Terrible company.
