Good prices, fast shipping - can't really say a bad word

thieves. attention Thieves. I returned the shoes. They were supposed to return the money but they didn't and they are avoiding contact by e-mail. Attention Thieves!!! Order no (OPL-039808)

They usually ship quickly and refund immediately. But once it happened that the pair of shoes I ordered were never delivered. Despite contacting the shop several times, sending their special form of the package non arrival, attaching mail from the courier that they can’t find the parcel, courier never claiming it was delivered I was not refunded. My mails are answered by bots I think. There is no other way than initiating chargeback procedure with my bank as it has been two months. Really frustrating

My experience with Otium has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I received a pair of shoes that were clearly not new, they showed obvious signs of wear and damage right out of the box. I contacted the company immediately and provided photos on the same day, and to their credit, they actually acknowledged the issue themselves after reviewing the evidence.
However, that is where any sense of responsibility ended. They offered either a full refund if I returned the shoes at their expense or a partial refund but despite repeatedly asking for instructions on how to return the item, I received no response whatsoever. They have simply gone silent.

This kind of behavior is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Sending out used or damaged products (whether intentional or not) is already unacceptable, but completely ignoring a customer after admitting fault makes the situation even worse. In my case, this feels like a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service.
I cannot recommend Otium based on this experience. What should have been a straightforward resolution turned into a frustrating and unresolved issue, and that, frankly, is a scandal.

I bought 4 Fila "BENGEL REGULAR HOODY BLACK" hoodies for 70zł (19$) each, shipped for free with promo code to Poland in less than 2 days.
I needed Fila hoodies since compared to Nike or Adidas they are the best (hood is ideal size + material in 80% cotton 20% polyester version is very soft, durable and not scratchy, I have other hoodie that's like 6 years old and its condition is still good.

NOBODY is responding to the contact form, cannot reach the phone and I'm stuck with return label that i cannot use. This is terrible, there's no way to contact them. Email has auto-return that sends me to contact form to which they're not responding...

Edit: this complain isn’t about the fact whether I can return it or not. It is about low quality (or no quality), non existing support that only reached to me AFTER i left this review there. It shows a lot.

I have a very bad experience. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for a money return. People from the customes service at Otrium stopped replying to my emails.
