The ball joint compression kit is heavy duty, well made, and comes in a self contained plastic case.

In my case, I am working on a 65 Chevy C 10, and wish it included a few more spacers in larger, flatter sizes.

I had ordered a tailgate assist kit for my 2024 Ford F350 on Amazon. It was missing one part. I reached out to Orion Motor Tech asking if I could get that part. They asked me for a few details & agreed to send me the part. Today the package arrived & I found not only the part… but an entire new kit! Above & beyond what I expected & fast too!

Very helpful and for my experience easy to work with, got my replacement part ordered that was not a warranty issue just a straight customer replacement part. Replacement part was received in a timely manner as the shipping and mail allowed. Overall I was very pleased with this company’s customer service and would do business with them again if needed.

I purchased their Coolant Vacuum Refill Kit to do a coolant change on my car. Following the instructions I drained the coolant from the radiator drain plug and attached the parts from the kit as instructed. I was unable to pull a vacuum and heard a gurgling sound coming from around the thermostat. I wrote to them via email and through the contact form on their website. I received a quick email back asking for some specifics as to where I purchased the kit and a few other questions. I immediately responded with the information and a photo of the order from Amazon. Thus far I have not received a reply. I looked up what was supposed to be their phone number but it obviously belongs to some other company who told me I won some prize. Not sure why they were so responsive to the initial request and then crickets.

Shipping was fast and the tools arrived without any issues. It's cheep Chinese junk, but I feel better about breaking that than a German made tool that's 10x the price.

Honestly I never spoke to anyone about my purchase but I knew what was I looking for but if I've would've spoke to someone they would have been really helpful my friend recommended me to this company and I've made some purchases in the past and there great tools

Well...the ordering experience was trouble-free! But the really exceptional part was when the unit I received was defective and I contacted their customer service department about it.
They issued a refund immediately without requiring a return of the defective part!
