I'm sorry that you received a request for feedback before receiving the item but this is done automatically through our system and it did clearly state at the time of ordering that the item would be on back order and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
We then contacted you to offer an alternative or a refund and you chose a refund. This was actioned immediately.
