Overall
Overall, Opinly seems to be a powerful platform with many useful features, especially for SEO and content optimization.
The interface is well designed and there are a lot of possibilities to automate and improve different processes. However, for me personally, the platform is still a bit too complicated and it takes some time to understand all the features and how to use them effectively.
I think the tool has a lot of potential, but a simpler onboarding process and more guidance for new users would make it much easier to get started.

I canceled my subscription before the trial period and was billed $160 on Sept 4.
I jus got billed another $79.
Why the heck am i being billed after cancelations!!

Unexpected charges and very difficult cancellation experience
I signed up for Opinly to test the service, but the experience quickly turned into a billing problem.
After the trial, I was charged USD 160.65 for a yearly Business subscription and another USD 29.00 for an additional service. I had barely used the platform, so I cancelled both the main subscription and the LLM Visibility add-on through the dashboard.
The dashboard clearly showed that the subscriptions were cancelled, with options to “Reactivate” and “Resume”.
Despite this, Opinly later attempted to charge my card another USD 59.00 for the LLM add-on after it had already been cancelled.
I contacted support several times and asked for clarification and a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I mostly received explanations about their terms and automatic trial conversion.
My advice to anyone considering this service: read the billing terms very carefully, monitor your card after the trial, and make sure every add-on is cancelled separately.
I personally would not use this service again because the billing experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company.
systematic subscription trap
Avoid. I cancelled my account and 3-day free trial IN WRITING on day 1 (2 Sep 2026), emailing and explicitly telling them NOT to charge my card and to delete my stored payment method — long before the trial ended. They charged me anyway: twice on 5 Sep 2026, USD 160.65 and USD 138.00 (USD 298.65 total), for a service I never used and had already cancelled. That is an unauthorized charge, plain and simple.
What makes this worse: I am clearly not alone. Review after review here describes the exact same thing — people cancel, and Opinly bills them regardless and ignores refund requests. When the same conduct hits this many customers, it stops looking like a "mistake" and starts looking like a deliberate business model: lure people in with a "free trial," then charge cancelled users and stall on refunds.
I have sent a formal refund demand, disputed the charges with my bank (chargeback), and filed a complaint with the FTC. If Opinly billed you after you cancelled: document everything, dispute it with your bank, and report it. Do NOT let them keep your money.
good experience
Decent seo ai builder
**Easy to Use and Straightforward**
Sure — here's a natural-sounding review you can paste:
> Really easy to use and the information is laid out clearly. I like that I can get the information I need without having to dig through a bunch of unnecessary stuff. The page is straightforward, useful, and saves me time.
this is a scam
this is a scam. Do not subscibe to the trial. They will just go on to charge you even if you cancel subscripton and the helpdesk will go totally silent.
Pure AI slop
Pure AI slop. Cancellation does not work, they will charge you after the free trial even if you cancel.
expensive, inaccurate images
good ai, although image generation is not up to standart
They scam you with hidden fees
They scam you with hidden fees. like when you click "Pay" there is a hidden checkbox you have to scroll to find to uncheck to avoid more charges. STAY AWAY
Please refund my money

I cancelled in writing on 26 August 2026, while I was still in the trial and before any paid period should have started.
The service was not working for us, and I asked for the subscription to be cancelled so I would not be charged.I was charged anyway after that cancellation.
When I tried to deal with the account, I was told I could not cancel or regain control unless I paid another $69.
That is not a reasonable way to end a trial.I have asked my card issuer to block this merchant so they cannot take further payments. I would not recommend signing up unless you are sure you can cancel in-account, in one step, and get written confirmation that billing has stopped.
