My dog is OBSESSED!
My dog is OBSESSED!! There are so many great flavors to choose and the order came so quick! I was able to get a kong, hip joint supplements and a cute storage bin to hold the thawed food. My dog craves these meals and now sits at the fridge door anytime I open it :)

I suffered a loss of income
I suffered a loss of income. I attempted to cancel my subscription and refund an order that had been placed just 2 days before. They refused to give me a refund saying that it was too late. I don't understand how 2 days is too late to cancel an order but even after hearing my situation they refused to refund me and then also tried to sell me on a half portion after I'd already told them I couldn't afford the food anymore. They are gross. I hate socially insensitive companies.

I love that the customer service is…
I love that the customer service is located in America. I also love that they didn’t have a lengthy recorded voice and could speak to a representative quickly and efficiently. I had issue with delivery that stalled at UPS and they are resending a new box with extra because the food would have thawed out by the time they delivered. Which never actually delivered and sitting at UPS since July 14th. Was supposed to be delivered July 15. It wasn’t Ollie’s fault but UPS. Ollie made it right.
Gizmo loves the food. It fresh and healthy. Gizmo is our 2 yr old German Shepherd American Pit Bull mix and health shows it. We put Gizmo on Ollie & Farmers dog around 10 months old when he could not handle freeze dried food from The Honest Kitchen. Some dogs cannot handle Freeze dried no matter how much water you add. It wasn’t The Honest Kitchens fault because we have used them for about a decade with our other dogs. He was puking his food up because his body digest it very well. Gizmo was able to gain weight that he lost and has maintained his weight. Hi digestive and allergies issues improved greatly with the fresh food. He never puked once when we started the fresh food diet. We do both Ollie and Farmers dog for variety for protein, veggies and fruit. We also get the dental treats which helps his teeth. Need something crunchy to clean the teeth since soft food doesn’t scrape the teeth. Our dog Gizmo is a very spoiled dog. I also love that food is frozen when delivered and delivery is quick. Within 2 days of shipment. They include dry ice packs which keeps it frozen. It’s packed really good. We have had no leakage issues. Gizmo name is on each food packet. The servings are easy to dish out because it’s customized to maintain his weight. So just open a packet and that’s one serving. It’s customized to the dog either to maintain, reduce or gain weight. The notifications of next delivery through text messages is so helpful. I am able to adjust if needed on the e website. I highly recommend Ollie.

Jaxon loves his new Lamb & Cranberries food! I can’t remember when he’s completely “cleaned” his food dish repeatedly and regularly before! I requested moving his regular shipment to be moved up and hopefully it will be ready for a sooner delivery. I asked customer service and they referred me to my profile section in order to try moving up delivery. He seems to prefer this Otto to any others and I am asking the Vet if I could possibly cut back on the Rx food intake a bit and add more of the Otto Lamb & Cranberries? It’s amazing to see the difference from not eating much of his breakfast and having it sit for hours. Hoping to see another delivery soon, since we only started with your smaller trial package. But, this is definitely a WINNER and it’s great to see him enjoying his new food.Thank you 💙🐾
