This aquashow park i highly recommended for family's , we like everything our kids love it so much definitely we going back there 1 day

The location is amazing, and the other guests were very nice. The food of the associated restaurant was awful, we were given frozen rice and bad fruit, it was always extremely dirty and clearly lacking conditions to serve food

It was a worthwhile experience, even though it was quite short. As for Lisbonhelicopters, they need to improve their customer service. It's an unusual experience with a significant price tag, and it's important to make the customer feel comfortable and enthusiastic. Which didn't happen.

Our time there was wonderful, the staff was nice all the time, the breakfast was really good and the room was confortable and cozy. The pool was great. We are going to come back.

The lockers, all places were very clean and in continuous cleaning process through out the day. We can take our food with us.
Big and lovely park, full of activities to enjoy.

This experience - hair blow dry and treatment with Lucia Piloto Cabeleireiros - in particular went flawlessly, as have all experiências with this particular partner.

However, I haven't had the best of resolution of issues with Odisseias itself regarding other problems.

That’s a total scam.
A pack of 150€ give you 3 nights for a bunk bed in a hostel, 2 nights in a shitty guest house and 1 night in the hotels which has starts only because they was worthy of them 20 years ago.
And even with this poor quality of choices they ask you to upgrade or sell you for x2 prices. Every hotel we checked directly was cheaper to book directly, still having breakfast and spa access included. If you got one - I’m sorry you just wasted money. If you consider - do not buy!!

We found an excellent hotel, with the upgrade on our basic voucher, filling our needs and expectations.

I wanted to offer my parents a night out, but specifically including dinner. I even paid more, for the same hotel, so the package included dinner.
The voucher included the dinner, correctly.
When redeeming the voucher, my parents had to pay more because of reserving on high season, which was ok and expected, although completely opaque during the voucher buying process.
After locking in the reservation, the voucher didn't have the dinner included. That went unnoticed. When arriving at the hotel, my parents, surprised had to pay for the dinner. Then checked the voucher and indeed, didn't include dinner.
Some days after this, I sent the Odisseias (portuguese) team an email, claiming the refund of the dinner's value. Their response arrived 8 days later, and was COMPLETLY written by AI. They claimed they informed the dinner removal on the confirmation, which is technically correct, but done in a real money thirsty scum way.

Please save ur money . Impossible to book and impossible to refund

This is a scam
I have two vouchers. One of them, was for an experience that I wanted in the Douro river. I booked it and received an e-mail that it was relocated to a location that was 100 km away.
The other voucher I have, is for two tickets for a football match. The tickets will only be avaialable if the football teams wants, so, you will only go to a match if it is not very popular. The voucher mentions that with teams like Porto, Benfica and Sporting, they will not be avaialable but, you will find it almost impossible to book for any other game.
This is a very well made scam to get peoples money.
Will not buy any other stupid thing like this.

Update after reply from Odisseias:
I've chated with your costumer care line about this. It was on the 2nd September, around 12:00. I did not opened any ticket because, after the answer I received, there was nothing else to do. I suppose that your costumer care by chat is not different from the one that replies to tickets, right? Would they have a different solution? If that's like it, doesn't seem very professional at all.

SCAM
You buy a voucher for 100 eur saying you can book 800 hotels, which is one big LIE. When you actually search to book, you have 4 hotels without paying anything, in the whole Portugal, or you can pay another 70 and more eur to even book a hotel for one night. When you check the hotel it actually costs 70 eur, so where does 100 eur voucher goes to? These "gifts" are useless and you customer service is too!
