" Spicebomb" and after care
I had bought the scent "Spicebomb" This smell does not give much sent.
After online contact, they apologize to me.
And they sent another scent for free.
This is now called "customer-friendly."
All happy again.

Disappointing / damaged plastic on the dashboard
Disappointing. I am a returning customer, have bought twice from them, but the latest (third) order is visibly and sensibly made of lower quality materials. The wood part does not get soaked in perfume, so its not producing smell in the car, and at the same time it is leaking somehow and i don’t understand why. It ruined the plastic in the car, as somehow the dripped liquid reacted with the surface and peeled the paint…which will be quite expensive to fix/replace.
