It took almost a month to receive my pen and when I received it I realized I had been scammed. All of the creams and patches that come with it are fake. They use the label of other companies and change the name. I’m scared to even use this product now. Do NOT buy this!!!! It’s a SCAM!!!

This is by far the best plasma pen on the market. I originally found them on facebook and ordered the entire set. I used it to remove some skins tags off my skin and neck. It was super easy and it healed up beautifully. No marks/scars. I have no complaints. And I look so much younger.

Order this for a skin tag I had on my neck. Came faster than I expected and worked perfectly for removing my tag. Customer service was also helpful with my questions and the guide was pretty clear for me. Overall great experence!

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. It’s been over a month since I placed it. They have shipped it once and reshipped it twice. Three times and still no pen. My credit card company is involved. All I want is my money back. Worst customer service. Order from OcuraLife at your own risk!

This product is completely game changer. My skin tags finally gone without having to spend thousands of dollars doing it at a Clinique. It is absolutely a MUST!!! Safe and easy to use. Don’t regret getting my pen

The pen I received does not work. ocuralife has no interest in correcting this and sends me the same tutorial over and over again without addressing the fact that the pen simply does not work

I was introduced to this product by a friend and I ordered it immediately. Very good results, effective as advertised. You should buy it, guys. Great customer service team.

Damaged packaging and product was crushed. Sent 6 emails to customer services requesting refund got nowhere. A waste of £18

I have been totally ripped off with this self tanning lotion. Does not tan at all. Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. Do not buy this product . It’s a complete waste of time and money

I was extremely disappointed with this product. I had to stop using it because it became very hot, burned my skin, and even started smoking during use, which was very concerning. I did not feel comfortable continuing the treatment.

When I went to the post office to return it, I was told that because the device contains needles, it had to be declared as a medical item. The postal employee also told me they were not sure whether it would even be accepted into Canada and that it could potentially be returned to me. On top of that, the return shipping would have cost me over $40. I wasn't willing to risk paying that much only to have the package come back and lose my refund.

After spending well over $100 on a product I couldn't use, I was left with something I will have to throw away. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The device came broken it would not turn on. I have asked for help and have not been successful.

Do not order from this company. I never received my order. The notice said it was a "failed attempt" due to an incorrect address. The address was correct. After spending "many" hours on the phone to track down how to schedule a redelivery, I was given the run around and was bounced back and forth from site to site. The shipment comes from China and the transit company is unreachable.

Took ages to arrive (from China I suspect) it supposed to be a self tanner that helps blend away spider veins etc .. RUBBISH ! Doesn’t tan AT ALL used for 3 nights and didn’t was my hands on the third go just to confirm my suspicion and no sign of any tan or colour stain it’s just a white cream ! Total scam ! No way of returning either

Did not order. I ordered the black salt which obviously was a scam also. They took 200.00 extra dollars for this. Never again

I never received my plasma pen and they sent me a fake tracking number multiple times when I inquired about my delivery. The post office recommended I dispute with my credit card and said that it was linked to fraud.

They are an unethical lying company. What they are offering is an electrocautery pen that burns and must be held to the skin, it is NOT a plasma pen. Who cares? This is a burning device, not a plasma beauty device that can be used to treat wrinkles for smooth skin safely. This company should be put out of business for their blatant willingness to attempt to harm and lie to people.
