Obsidia’s redemption ❤️
Since I wrote the review below which was 1 star, I was contacted by the Obsidia team who explained that they were sorry and that a system error had caused the problem. I have now been given the allocation to buy the product I was originally offered. My kids are now extremely happy again. Thank you Obsidia. Hope you appreciate the additional stars
I applied to be in the lottery for the latest release of cards. I got an email through saying that I was allocated a ETB in the lottery. When I tried to check the item out it would not let me And then when I contacted the help desk they would no longer sell me the ETB I was allocated and offered packs instead. Very disappointing treatment.
