We called to see if they had any air conditioners in stock and were told that there was 1 on reserve but if the client did not pick it up by closing, we could have it.
On arrival at OBI the customer service people realized there was another larger air conditioner in stock that they offered to us. We bought that one and by installing the OBI app we received 10% off our purchase.
Absolutely not recommended to order anything from this company online! They do not have accurate stock. Once you order and pay, they send you an email next day apologizing for bot having the stock i ordered.. so they will issue a refund.. i ordered huge storage boxes that were unclear at the time of purchase if the lids were included. They first cancelled some of the stock, shipped me several boxes, without lids. So i ordered lids, paid, they sent me an email again saying they have no stock and they will refund. This is ridiculous… now the boxes are useless as you can’t stack them on top of each other. Absolute loss of money and trust in this case.

Terrible shop. No staff to help. We asked a member of staff to request help in the Garden department. We waited 20 minutes but no one came. And then we had to pay for the parking! Probably the worst shop in Basel.
