5+ Hours of Downtime and Absolutely Zero Communication
Several of my dedicated servers in Düsseldorf have been offline since **October 31, 2026, around 16:00 CET**, seriously affecting my projects and services.
After more than **5 hours**, still no response or update from OneProvider. I had to learn about the reported power outage at DUS8 through private conversations with myLoc/WIIT business customers.
I understand that I haven't purchased premium support, but **basic communication shouldn't be a premium feature!**
No updates via email, status page, social media, or support ticket. Nothing.
**Platinum / Tier 1 SLA, yet complete silence.** Outages happen, but this lack of communication is unacceptable.
I sincerely hope OneProvider addresses this and provides an explanation. Very disappointing.
Fake locations
Some of their OneCloud locations are fake, and if you question their support staff, they will treat you as dumb, claiming they actually physically shipped hardware to those locations.

Had a couple of Servers with One Provider. No Problem at all. People should know, that they are not hosting server, they resell. In my case, i had several Servers from ovh and scaleway. Good price.
Nice to be be an old customer
WorstOneProvider
If you want to order server there, find another provider.
If you already have server - good luck if any issue will appear. Support takes days to resolve issue (btw my server was down for 4 days). No logical explanation provided, bootloader stopped working, their explanation is: firewall issue. Reinstall.
After reinstallation, server continued crashing/restarting everyday. It was the worst experience of all providers and we manage a lot of servers in different locations. Run away
What a waist of time
What a waist of time, click bait working for many things but defenetly not this time

Pathatic Customer Support
We have been using one provider for more than 5 years, but their support is getting low day by day. To get best support we subscribed to their VIP Support but we are not getting it. Our servers are down since yesterday due to their billing issue, and we are not even getting response from our account manager, neither their support team replying us on time.
Those who are thinking to get server from one provider, please do not host your critical server on one provider.

BEWARE
Very bad network
Very bad network. It buffers/shoots for no reason at all. Overall, I tried using their services 10 times, and the performance was very poor.
The best hosting provider for my needs
The best hosting provider for my needs.
I opted for a dedicated server and I take care of 100% of its system administration, leaving support to manage the network, system failures, etc.
Installation in Debian13 with an IPv4 and an IPv6 range + an additional IP that is part of a different block than the first one.
Support and repair of a failed disk on a RAID1: 12 hours.

Very poor support and bad service
Very poor support and bad service. Think twice before ordering a server, as you may have to wait up to 48 hours before receiving it.
I rented a dedicated bare metal server
I rented a dedicated bare metal server. Delivery all went well. Delivered in the correct date estimated. Problems started, when I downloaded the Lubuntu Desktop Distro. All was going well, I downloaded Google Remote Desktop so I was able to use the desktop environment, as well as teamviewer, the remote desktop kept crashing so I thought it was Google, i tried TeamViewer, did the same thing. So I decided to install another virtualization Distro called Proxmox. It has now been "installing" for over 24 hours. Support are no help. No response.
Servers goes offline oftenly

I've ordered a dedicated server in…
I've ordered a dedicated server in Japan, but later I discovered it's a virtual instance (kvm). And it getting down for a 4th time past 2 weeks for no any reasons. Furthermore, it costs $89/30 days ($0.123611/hour) instead of promised $79/month.
Terrible company and even worse…
Terrible company and even worse support. Two days with the server offline due to a hardware failure and nobody solved the problem. Don't hire this company if you don't want headaches and poor service.
the best service and good people.
the best service and good people.. they help a lot
BE CAREFUL, IT'S A SCAM
BE CAREFUL! Do not buy from them, they aren't allowing emails for new customers, so if you plan having a website with email verification, OneProvider is useless.
Also, after I told them that email verification is required for any website, and asked them again, 'can i send those kinds of eme ails', they answered by asking for more money ("to prove i will be a long term customer", they didn't even answered the question)
This is what they told me (Lorenzo support agent sent that):
If you plan to use our services in the long term, you may add a 100$ deposit, in that case we can make an exception enabling the ports however note that we aren't normally unfiltering ports at least after a month of keeping active services.
