The products are good as i have used them in college in France, I had an issue with the delivery (as always with chronopost, they always want me to pick up from a 50km round trip) but I messaged the company and in less than an hour they had sorted out my delivery and arranged it for the following day. Thank you. The customer services was excellent, probably my first 'excellent' for a french company! Thank you

Regardless they always say something is wrong , Chronopost, I have always had problems. The last carrier I used with you was DPD…no problems!
Also I did say I have no mobile phone coverage anywhere on my 6 hectare property or within 5 kms of my property and I reiterate this with carriers.

Chronopost (and Chronofresh) is a DPD group company. The problem was that the delivery driver was trying to reach you but was calling someone else, so the delivery failed. We pointed out that there was no gsm network and the next day the delivery was completed. Contacting us helped solve the problem.
