I've had a good experience with this platform. Any comments recommending some recovery service is most definintely a scam.

Reliable trading platform with good choice of assets, staff provides good advice even when the market looks down.
Was going to give them 4 stars, but things got even better after last update they had earlier this week.

I’m so done with these people. Ontarex is a complete scam, and they stole everything from me. I was sitting in the dark, staring at my screen when suddenly my entire dashboard froze, and my account balance disappeared, literally vanished. I tried to withdraw, but it kept saying “error, contact support,” and support is just as useless and offers no help. These people are nothing but corrupt thieves and fraudsters preying on innocent victims. I can’t even breathe right now, how can a company do something like this? If you have money there, get it out now before they steal from you too. Honestly, I’m judging anyone still thinking this site is legitimate because it’s a total scam. The only reason I got some of my funds back was because someone told me to use DaxGuard,Ltd. Ontarex needs to be shut down by the authorities immediately. They’re scamming everyone and denying every withdrawal. Don’t trust them, they’re disgusting liars.

This is a SCAM!! And once they have there contract info they won't stop calling!! Spoke with a couple different agents and they all couldn't give the same answer. Plus not to mention calling from different numbers every single time.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people

Total scammers desperate to take your money. Their marketing guy is not clear on how their system works. I told him I have no money to invest but tells me I don';t need any money. I told him to loose my number and hung up. Stay away from this company who claim they are from Canada but clearly work out of Switzerland un registered

I supplied the minimum amount for $349 CAD, with constant requests to add more funds. When asking about how anything works, and what do I need to do, it was followed by more sales pitches. Finally decided to pull my funds and surprise surprise, even the support email doesn't exist. If you have money you don't plan on ever using donate it to charity instead.

I clicked on a link that wasn't for Ontarex but redirected. Within seconds I recieved numerous phone calls from this company from almost every province in Canada. I researched and saw they were high risk and an investors warning ⚠️ about this company since June of 2026. Since July 3rd I have been harassed daily with a ridiculous amount of phone calls after I specifically stated not to call me again. It's been non stop so I had to file with the Canadian Anti Fraud as other agencies. STOP ✋️ CALLING 📞 ME!!

It is now July 15th and still receiving numerous phones Monday to Friday. Sometimes I am nice and tell them to stop calling me and other times not so nice. When will the executives step in and stop these calls. Is this company so desperate for money that it harassed potential clients?? The kids working the phones are actually continue their scripts given to them and I never let them get past the 1st sentence. These people act like kids throwing a temper tantrum because mommy said no.

My favorite is when they call from Quebec and I let them know of the investors alert ⚠️ to which they fein ignorance too. 🙄

My heart sank to my stomach. It all started on Facebook Dating. I connected with someone who offered to show me the ropes of crypto arbitrage. To build trust, they forwarded 4.47 BTC to my wallet to register on their platform. I followed their lead, traded, and actually withdrew 6.63 BTC. Convinced it was real, they urged me to scale up. I risked a massive credit card cash advance totaling $359,018. My dashboard skyrocketed to $3,286,871. Thrilled, I attempted to pull out $2,676,107, only to be hit with a 15% VIP upgrade amounting to $401,416. Desperate, I scrambled to pay it, relying on my previous successful withdrawal as proof it worked. Then came a demand for a 29% risk control deposit. The illusion shattered. I contacted authorities who pointed me to a private investigation group (Fiscop Advisor). Their investigators tracked the BTC straight to KuCoin, identified the culprit's bank details, and successfully recovered the stolen funds.

The platform is easy to navigate and everything is straight forward. You can add funds at your leisure and can withdraw funds at any time without any restrictions or penalties. I’ve seen a decent amount of turn around and it’s nice knowing it’s my money that is growing. Highly recommend!
