Excellent product and service
The web site included excellent information on the various models to choose from making a chose easy. Ordering was simple, delivery prompt, and assembly instructions easy to follow.
The trampoline seems to be very well made and does all we are asking of it.
Although bought for our grand children, we are in our 70s, my wife uses it for her morning exercise routines and loves it.

Our trampoline is a lifesaver
Overall experience was great. Easy to engage online and great support material and videos. Very helpful. Kids love the trampoline and it has been a lifesaver (although neighbours might disagree around 630am jumping).
