Overall a good experience, but the bracelet came without the barcode sticker on it which is not okay as it was for a present, nor the box was from the same bracelet (they are all the same boxes, but with different codes on them). An document of purchase would have been good to be included in the package.

Actually im not a guy who buys diamonds without clear evidencess and papers that certify the diamond quality, where it's from, how many carats it is and so on. However, they called me and assured me that nothing is authentic and send me all the docs proving their worrds. Since then I have bought many pieces of jewelry here already and they never disappointed me.

My watch was at a very good price! Also, the advantage was that they can send products even outside Germany, in the EU, and the transportation price is not high. They also offer different payment methods, such as transfer or paypall. They deliver promptly, package ok, and my watch arrived along with a nice, hand-written note from the seller. I was quite content, would buy again!
